Based on more than 25 years of experience in service provision in the IT branch, we respect a long tradition at Compuserv to carry out on-site service as effectively and efficiently as possible for our customers.

Our field engineers have broadly dispersed knowledge. Thus, we can help our customers quickly and competently. Whether a client system, printer, cash register system, network technology or server is concerned, we are on site with competence in case of installation or failure. In the process our field engineers are supported by a highly qualified team of experts in different special subjects from the headquarters. Apart from personal help by our experts, we have set up our company-own knowledge base throughout many years. This contains a wide range of in-depth and highly specialized knowledge which we can use as back-up on site. In addition, there is Microsoft and Cisco certification of our technicians, for example. In addition, as an authorized service partner of renowned manufacturers we have the necessary and very specific know-how in the fields of repair and service. If we cannot help on site immediately we will organize a loan unit and repair your hardware in our central workshop.

Compuserv operates repair workshops in Germany as well as in Poland, and carries out repairs of different kinds there. Our international services go far beyond conventional service. For example, it is also possible to carry out large projects, such as international removal of IT equipment.

With the hardware pre-configured to the requirements of our customers – such as client and cash register systems, but also servers, routers and switches – we facilitate and accelerate initial operation on site. Our expert team in matters of network cabling and technique, uninterruptible power supply, client and cash register systems, printers and many things more, are on the road for you frequently and is supported by a well-equipped logistics department. Upon request we will also deal with the customs declaration of deliveries in countries as well as pickup from countries outside of the European Economic Zone. We are personally involved for you in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Bosnia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia and thus offer an international all-round service from one source.
